I’m Pheello Ntuka, a youth transformation and career coach, author of The Path to Light, and founder of Light for Youth Academy. Growing up in Sharpeville and witnessing how many young people struggle with direction, confidence, and guidance shaped my life’s work. I understand what it means to have potential without a clear path—and why the right support at the right time can change everything.

With a background in Electrical Engineering, operations leadership, and certified life coaching, I combine structure with heart. Over the years, I’ve worked with learners, youth, parents, schools, and organisations, helping young people build self-awareness, discipline, focus, and real-life skills. My approach goes beyond motivation—it is practical, values-driven, and designed to produce lasting change.

Light for Youth Academy exists to help learners and youth move from confusion to clarity and from dependence to responsibility. Through coaching, mentoring, and tailored programs, I walk alongside young people and their families to build confidence, direction, and a future they can step into with purpose. Let’s walk and light this path together.

Our Programs

We help learners and youth who feel stuck or uncertain gain direction, confidence, and structure. Our coaching and mentoring programs focus on identity, mindset, skills, and accountability to prepare young people for a successful future.

LSAP – Learner Success Accelerator

A structured coaching program for Grade 8–12 learners that builds focus, confidence, study skills, and career awareness. LSAP helps learners improve academic performance while developing discipline, self-belief, and direction for the future.

SSAP – Student Success Accelerator

A transformational coaching and mentoring program for youth (18+) focused on life and career success readiness. SSAP equips young people to become confident, paid people of value, as they prepare for work, entrepreneurship, or further study.

Tailored workshops and coaching interventions designed to support learners and youth with mindset, discipline, life skills, and career development. These programs are adapted to the specific needs of schools, NGOs, and community organisations for maximum impact.
