Our mission is to empower high school learners and youth who are uncertain about their career paths with the skills and tools they need to succeed in today’s digital world. We bridge the gap between untapped potential and high-income opportunities through personal development, coaching, mentoring, and practical strategies.

Our Story:

Founded by Pheello Ntuka, an experienced personal development facilitator, life and transformation coach, and author of “Path to Light". Light 4 Youth Academy was formed to address the significant gaps in traditional education systems, which often leave many young people without the skills and support they need to succeed.

With over 20 years of working in the corporate world and coaching experience, a rich background in network operations, digital skills, and entrepreneurship. Pheello Ntuka is the visionary behind Light4Youth Academy.

Pheello’s mission is to empower young people to unlock their full potential. He is the creator of the "Path to Light New Gold Framework, a powerful system for turning interest, values, and current skills into high-value income-generating skills in a digital world. 

Pheello understands the challenges that affect youth and helps them in navigating career paths, building employable skills, and realizing their potential. This Academy is dedicated to guiding young people toward becoming innovative, resilient individuals with a clear sense of purpose.
