Our Story:

Founded by Pheello Ntuka, an experienced personal development facilitator, transformation coach, and author of “Path to Light” book. Light 4 Youth Academy was created to address the significant gaps in traditional education systems, which often leave many young people without the skills and support they need to succeed.

With over 20 years of corporate and coaching experience, Pheello understands the challenges youth face in navigating career paths, building employable skills, and realizing their potential. This Academy is dedicated to guiding young people toward becoming innovative, resilient individuals with a clear sense of purpose.
